Our Idea
People often have to sell their property at a reduced price to achieve a quick sale to one of the myriad of companies or individuals that offer a ‘quick purchase’ as long as the price is right…..but what is the BEST price.
Why not advertise your property to all of them and choose the best buyer, price and time-scale for you?
‘Best buyers’ vary according to circumstance. Traditional estate agents are generally looking to help you achieve the highest price for your property, but this approach is subject to time.
At Opti, we understand that there are circumstances where this model is not the best.
If you need a quick sale, or are selling a buy to let property, land or a property with an unusual title or short lease, the standard ‘local agent’ may not be your best solution.
Opti aims to hit the entire market on a nationwide basis, to buyers with requirements, that may not be limited to a postcode, town or city.
As we are a free service, with no agency agreement, you can offer your own property for sale even if you have an agent…as long as they don’t mind. You would need to check with them.
